How can I get some samples?
You could get the samples where customers will pay for the sample cost and shipping cost, and the sample cost will be refunded after the Sales contract is confirmed and signed.
How did your company fo regarding quality control?
Quality is a priority, and the QC department always checks carefully, from importing raw wood materials to wood discharge, assembling and sanding, and finishing products.
How long is your delivery time?
Normally delivery takes 30 days, but this can be negotiable for special requests.
What are your payment terms?
Air express orders require 100% in advance, while seaway orders require a 30% T/T deposit in advance and the balance 70% T/T before shipment.
What is MOQ?
For air express, the MOQ is 100 pieces to 200 pieces, and for seaway, it requires at least 2 pallets or an invoice value from 8000 USD and up.
